
Kim Fellowes is a partner at Silk Family Law with over 17 years’ experience in all areas of family law work. Kim specialises in complex financial cases involving businesses, pensions and trusts but she also has a keen interest in children matters, involving residence, contact disputes and specific issue applications.
Kim is a National Committee member of Resolution, which is an association of 5,500 family lawyers in England & Wales. As a recognised national authority on child support legislation, she chairs their Child Support & Maintenance Committee.
