Charity quiz raises £550 for Smart Works Newcastle

A team from Leathers Accountants won Silk Family Law’s third annual charity quiz, which raised £550 for Smart Works Newcastle.

A further 10 teams competed in the quiz held in historic Trinity House. They were from: Brewin Dolphin, Deloitte, Handelsbanken, Muckle LLP,  The Morpeth Practice, Smart Works, Womble Bond Dickinson, Wade Financial, RMT and UBS.

Caron Deans, a trustee of Smart Works Newcastle, spoke about how the charity is helping women back into employment by providing interview tips and smart clothing. Partner Ian Kennerley was the evening’s quizmaster.
