Silk Family Law’s annual quiz raised £1,000 for charity Asthma UK.

Fifteen teams from professional firms across the North East took part in the fun speed quiz at Trinity House, Newcastle. A team from Bond Dickinson picked up the winner’s trophy.

David Dodds, from Wade Financial, who is an ambassador for Age UK, spoke about the charity’s work to help prevent asthma attacks, fund research and support those affected by the condition, which can be fatal.

Other businesses who took part in the quiz were: Brewin Dolphin, Deloitte, Handelsbanken, Johnson Tucker, Latimer Hinks, Muckle LLP, Rathbones, RMT, RSM, Sanderson Weatherall, Tait Walker, Wade Financial, George F. White and UNW.

Silk’s in house counsel, Ian Kennerley, was the evening’s quiz master. Raffle prizes were kindly donated by the 21 Hospitality Group, San Lorenzo restaurant, 5^th Avenue Flowers, and the Rugby Football League.
