Our advice is tailored to individual needs. Not all aspects of a client’s case will require the attention of a partner or senior solicitor. Working in teams, which include skilled legal executives or paralegals and our own in-house barrister Ian Kennerley, allows us to offer “blended fees” so that work can be done more cost efficiently, which usually leads to an overall saving.

Our team includes members of Resolution (a national organisation of family lawyers committed to a non-confrontational approach to all family issues) and the Family Law Bar Association.  Four of our lawyers are qualified collaborative family law practitioners, trained by Resolution, who work with separating and divorcing couples to try to find a mutually agreeable and lasting solution without going to court.  Sometimes going to court is unavoidable, and our clients are assured that they are in very safe hands as we guide and support them throughout the legal process.
